From domestic slated roofs to commercial flat roofs - solar panel installations fit for your specific needs! We can install standalone solar PV systems, hybrid systems including storage or pure DC tied solar. We install a variety of well known inverter brands including SolarEdge, Solis, Anker, Sigenergy and Victron.
From solar-powered charging, to full property back-up, we offer tailored solutions to meet your needs.
Our speciality and passion is off-grid energy systems - starting from caravan power, up to large off-grid properties or businesses that require bespoke power solutions, we can incorporate solar, generator, shore power supplies and battery storage to create a redundant, reliable energy network for your use. We also love to integrate our power with your other home systems, through means such as Home Assistant.
Coming to a point in time where a lot of the first wave solar and battery installs are starting to fail, we can fault find, or simply maintain, existing installations, ensuring continuous usage.
With solar panels now producing twice what they used to produce only 5 or so years ago, we offer upgrades replacing panels, adding additional battery storage, or adding additional stand alone systems.
Of course the solar and battery works require mains electrical work, and as a NICEIC approved business we can do all general electrical works relating to this, but also any other works that may be wanted, including bespoke lighting, smart home systems, AV and data installs, or EV chargers.
Back in 2024 with increasing commercial energy prices, our client was facing a tough question - "can we afford to keep our business running with eye-watering electricity and gas costs?" Business owner Oliver approached us to work out a solution to this problem.
A customer of ours had an installation from back in 2017, but this wasn't performing as he would have liked due to low panel outputs, and no battery backup. See how we helped our customer upgrade his existing system.

The British government has recently made waves with the announcement of the Warm Homes Plan, a staggering £15 billion investment strategy aimed at transforming the UK’s aging housing stock. For homeowners looking to gain independence from volatile energy markets, this is one of the most significant policy shifts in a generation.
But beneath the massive headlines, what does this actually mean for you? If you are considering solar panels, battery storage, or a heat pump, understanding the "how" and "when" of this scheme is essential to making the right financial choice for your home.
The Warm Homes Plan is not a single "pot of gold" but a multi-faceted framework designed to run until 2030. The government’s primary goal is to upgrade five million homes, lifting more than a million households out of fuel poverty. The funding is broadly split into several key areas:
Fuel Poverty Support: Approximately £5 billion is dedicated to low-income households to provide direct installs of energy-saving technology.
The Boiler Upgrade Scheme: An additional £2.7 billion has been allocated to extend this popular scheme, offering grants for air-source and ground-source heat pumps.
Innovation & Finance: Billions more are being directed toward "green mortgages" and low-interest loan frameworks for the "able-to-pay" market—that is, the average UK homeowner.
While the headlines are exciting, there is a crucial detail many homeowners miss: the new consumer loan portions of the scheme are not expected to be fully operational until late 2026 or early 2027.
In the industry, we call the cost of waiting the "Waiting Tax." If you delay your solar installation for 18 months while waiting for a specific government loan, you could miss out on significant energy savings. With a well-designed solar and battery system saving the average household roughly £1,000 a year, waiting two years for a "grant" could actually cost you £2,000 in lost savings—likely far more than the value of any interest-rate subsidy.
You don’t have to wait for 2027 to start saving. Several powerful incentives are already in place:
0% VAT: Solar panels and battery storage currently benefit from 0% VAT, a 20% instant saving compared to standard rates.
Tax-Free Returns: The money you save on your bills and the income you earn from exporting energy back to the grid (via the Smart Export Guarantee) is currently tax-free.
Expanded Heat Pump Grants: The Boiler Upgrade Scheme has been expanded to include air-to-air systems and heat batteries, though these carry different grant caps than traditional heat pumps.
The Warm Homes Plan proves that renewable energy is the future of the UK, but you shouldn't let government red tape dictate your timeline. By installing now, you avoid potential price hikes caused by the "gold rush" of future applicants and start slashing your utility bills immediately.
